Steinberg Rink Hard Hat Tour

Join Landmarks for a morning tour of the Mark C. Steinberg Skating Rink, part of The Glade project in the eastern half of Forest Park.

Opened in 1957 with a gift from Etta Steinberg, the rink was built with the stipulation that it be open to people of all races and backgrounds. Today, Forest Park Forever, with CannonDesign, is renovating the site and planning for year-round activities. Learn more about the project and what’s ahead for this Forest Park landmark.

• Dress: This is an active construction site – dress accordingly
• Cost: $5 Members | $10 non-members
• Parking: Street parking – the parking lot will not be accessible
