Results of the St. Louis Preservation Board meeting held Monday, September 27, 2010.

 

The appeal of the staff denial of the demolition of 3533 Missouri Avenue was deferred for six months for the purpose of marketing the property for rehabilitation.  Several inhabitants of the surrounding neighborhood appeared before the Preservation Board in support of 3533 Missouri's demolition.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 


The appeal of the staff denial of the demolition of 5148 Enright Avenue in the Mount Cabanne/Raymond Historic District was granted preliminary approval for demolition.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 


Preliminary approval was granted for the demolition of 3663 Forest Park Avenue for the construction of a five story hotel.  All permits must be pulled before demolition can begin.
