The beautiful old Municipal Auditorium has certainly seen better days, but its grandeur could not be diminished by almost twenty years of dust and disuse. Fortunately, the ornate terra cotta, woodwork, gilding, coffered ceilings, terrazzo floors, and light fixtures are largely intact and the building has remained secure and water-tight.
