DESCRIPTION:For more than six decades\, the Landmarks Association of St. Louis has celebrated individuals and organizations whose dedication safeguards our city’s architectural heritage. This year’s celebration honors two leaders whose work at St. Louis Union Station stands as a shining example of historic preservation\, adaptive reuse\, and community revitalization. At 7:30 PM\, we will present Robert O’Loughlin with Landmarks’ prestigious H. Meade Summers Jr. Award and Steve O’Loughlin with our brand new Visionary Award. \nDon’t miss out on an evening filled with food & drinks\, a silent auction\, a postcard pull\, and more! Valet can be arranged at the front entrance to Union Station. Robert O’Loughlin\, Chairman and CEO of Lodging Hospitality Management\, has devoted more than 50 years to the hospitality industry\, developing and managing over 150 properties nationwide. His stewardship of the historic St. Louis Union Station reflects his deep commitment to revitalizing treasured landmarks. \nVisionary AwardIntroduced this year\, the Visionary Award honors active preservationists whose leadership and creativity have transformed historic spaces for modern use while retaining their character. There is access to an elevator that goes to the main event floor. Those with limited mobility who need accommodations\, please contact us to make drop-off arrangements.
